We are currently looking for an Inventory Administrator to join our night shift team at GXO Greenford. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of stock activities from start to finish.

Forget about weekend work! Our night shift runs Monday to Friday, covering the hours from 17:00 to 01:00, offering you a predictable schedule and your weekends free!

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Processing outbound orders and receipt of inbound loads
  • Managing relevant documentation ensuring warehouse productivity and customer service levels are maintained to a high standard
  • Ensuring full audit process compliance to CMI within stock and admin functions
  • Communicating with suppliers and transport
  • Accurately maintain data and operational information on key business systems

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience in stock control function within a fast-paced logistics environment is beneficial
  • Understanding of the auditing functions and the ability to carry out relevant checks
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve queries using own initiative
  • Strong IT skillsand a good understanding of the WMS systems
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
