Pay, benefits and more:

You'll be paid a salary of up to £29,000 per annum, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Manage documentation and compliance processes, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and provide shipment updates
• Handle customer orders and logistics arrangements, maintaining high levels of service in global markets
• Collaborate with the Inventory team to maintain accurate records and support seamless operations within the supply chain

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Proven experience in international export handling or a related field essential
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics
• Able to take ownership of processes and responsibility for managing multiple tasks to deadlines
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
