Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for aHR and Payroll Administratorto support our client located inLutterworth. You'll provide timely, effective, and comprehensive administration support to the HR function and ensure all colleagues are paid right first time. You'll also develop the right behaviours and promote a culture within the Primark contract according to the GXO Values

This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and 28 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Ensure all new starters are administered accurately and timely and uploaded to SuccessFactors, complete offer and contracts for all ungraded colleagues and that personnel files are created to the best class standard
  • Support the site absence management procedure by managing long term sickness information, short terms sickness information and other absences such as AWOL, dependant leave etc
  • Manage holiday entitlement across the site, and process holiday forms accordingly
  • Maintain an effective HR filing system to include regular review and audit of personnel files to ensure records are complete and documents are valid
  • Manage ordering of uniform/stationary and any ad-hoc items for the site, taking a pro-active approach to ensure we are always well stocked

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
  • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified or studying towards - would be willing to support this through our Apprenticeship programme once in role
