We are looking for an HR Administrator to join us at one of our fashion-retailer contracts in Crick. You'll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of allHR administration and queries that occur on-site.
This is a part-time, permanent position. The role involves working Monday to Friday with flexible afternoon shifts available, between 13:00 and 19:00.

You'll earn a salary of up to £12,500 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
- Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
- Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
- Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period
- Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Past HR administrative experience
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
