Here at GXO Logistics, we've teamed up with the electrical retail giants - Curry's, as their 3PL partner, and we're looking for a Campus General Manager to oversee two 750,000 sq ft buildings at site in Newark.
You'll lead the site to success, in a customer-facing role, with a big focus on change management and automation implementation. Even though you'llbe contracted to Monday - Friday, this is a 24/7 operation andyou'll need to offer a level of flexibility in terms of working hours - no twoweeks are the same,this is logistics after all!

You'll be paid a salary of up to £90,000 per annum, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Manage the site leadership team, ensuring all KPIs across the business are consistently met
- Liaise and build rapport with the customer to allow for collaborative working and the defining ofshared goals and objectives
- Lead the change management on site, with a focus on CI, innovation, and automation implementation
- Ensure the overall smooth running of the operation acrossthe 1.5 million sq ft campus
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Experience atSite Managerlevel in a large-scale3PL operation
- Strong financial acumen - you'll be accountable for a multi-million-pound budget
- Strong knowledge of different variables of operational flow, including warehouse automation and implementation
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with exposure to driving change and implementing a CI culture
