We're recruiting for a multiple Warehouse First Line Managers, for our key customer, in Harlow -. Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered.

As we have several full-time, permanent roles there is a mixture of various shift patterns available, some examples of shifts are Sunday - Thursday, Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday shifts, both AM & PM shifts. (Your preference of shift can be discussed at interview)

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
  • Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded
  • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
  • Maintaining health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-moving logistics environment
  • Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
  • Team Performance, site KPI'sand ability to maintain site standards
