We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facility Specialist for our sites in Mechelen and Antwerp, where you have an important role in providing good and efficient services to employees and visitors.
With a view to internal security, you are the person to be called upon to supervise external service providers, but also to have services such as maintenance of logistics assets and inspections carried out.

What does your day look like as a Facility Specialist?
- You will oversee the processes to ensure maintenance activities are completed accurately and on-time
- You will properly maintain, inspect and safely repair machines, equipment and warehouse facilities via the use of various suppliers
- Measure work performance, compare results to objectives and take corrective actions
- Correctly maintain and generate required reports
- Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service
- Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
- Consciously deal with the reduction of environmental impact in terms of waste, energy, water and fuel consumption
- You will be based at the Mechelen site but will be required to support Antwerp site as well
- Intermediate Vocational Education in maintenance of equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a facilities role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English
- You have knowledge and experience in the field of Health and Safety with a safety orientated attitude
- Vendor interaction and relations experience
- PC skills in conjunction with repair processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- EU Driving license is required
