- Oversee processes to ensure maintenance activities are completed accurately and on-time
- Properly maintain, inspect, and safely repair machines, equipment, and warehouse facilities
- Measure work performance, compare results to objectives, take corrective actions
- Correctly maintain and generate required reports
- Establish, maintain, and promote exceptional customer service
- Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
- Consciously dealing with the reduction of environmental impact in terms of waste, energy, water and fuel consumption
What do you need to be successful
- MBO+ or HBO diploma (maintenance or facility management)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of facilities and logistics, building management and technical skills
- You have a proactive and flexible attitude towards 24-hour operations (consignment service)
- Organizational skills, customer focus and stress resistance
- Excellent communication skills with English language essential with Dutch desirable
- You are hands-on, solution-oriented and have a service-oriented attitude
- You can work independently and can work well together in a team
- You have good knowledge of admin, systems and applications to be managed, such as Word, Excel, Outlook
