We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Driver Trainer to take the lead at our Greene King site in Greenford. If you have a passion for road safety and a knack for teaching, we want you to steer our drivers toward excellence.
You'll join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. Start times will vary between the hours of 04:00 - 12:00, so some flexibility will be required.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000.00 per annum and 33 annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays ). What you'll do on a typical day:
- Assess candidates' driving capability during the recruitment process, and during employment
- Liaise with personnel such as Transport Managers, Transport Planners, and Operations Desk Staff Coordinators as necessary to maximise the benefits of HGV driving training
- Deliver Driver CPC training
- Design and maintain training materials and records
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Excellent driving skills and road safety knowledge, working knowledge of Transport and other relevant legislation
- Up-to-date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence
- Experience of delivering training to drivers
- PTLLS Qualified (desirable), other train the trainer qualifications may be accepted
- An ability to adapt your teaching style to accommodate each learner
- Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) Driving Licence Category C+E licence essential
