• Lead and deliver regional implementation & turnaround projects, while meeting KPI's and business case profitability targets
• Support, lead and coach multi-functional teams to ensure a seamless go-live of new projects
• Support the business in identifying, reporting and managing risks within implementation projects
• Influence the outcome of turnaround projects with a hands-on approach while taking initiative in managing various project workstreams ensuring the delivery of success

What you need to succeed at GXO
• Excellent understanding of contract logistics (3PL) sector
• Extensive experience in (greenfield) start-up's, implementation activities and leading large multidisciplinary teams
• A proven track-record within project & implementations within logistics
• Strong interpersonal awareness skills; you are able to prioritize, coach and mentor various project workstreams and local teams, typically working under pressure of meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• You have a can-do attitude, are pro-active and have a forward-thinking approach
