Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Wellingborough. As a coordinator you will support the contract management team with daily customer service KPI management and support compliance across a range of activity.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm however, flexibility needed, this is logistics after all!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Responding to customer related queries and keeping track of these.
  • Analysing data to identify trends and offer solutions.
  • Setting up processes and systems to make operational processes more efficient.
  • Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to members of the management
  • Presenting information generated from data to customer and managers.
  • Supporting the Customs & Excise Manager role and legal compliance.

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Proficiency in Excel - understanding information and using formulas and databases
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint and building customer reporting packs
  • Familiar with customer service management processes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of HMRC protocol would be advantageous (Bonded stock)
