Are you an experienced Logistics Administrator who excels in Customer Service? Perhaps you've worked in a Warehousing or Transport Operation before and are now looking for a new challenge? We have the perfect role for you!

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Customer liason Administratorto join our team on the TJX Contract. You'll be working on a full time, permanent, 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern, predominately Monday to Friday office hours... a rarity in logistics!

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working for the GXO team at the TJX site in Crewe, reporting to the Inbound Operations Manager. We are looking for individuals who have the experience and confidence to manage their own workload, can manage multiple stakeholders, and who fit into our shared culture where inclusivity and diversity are at the heart of our operation, and where respecting each other is as important as the work that we are doing.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Maintain effective and open communication to build solid relationships with TJX Vendors, TJX Head office, TJX Processing Centres and GXO TJX Transport Operations to ensure seamless service
  • Look after the effective control of inbound bookings from TJX Vendors
  • Manage the effective control of outbound bookings from the Crewe / Watford sites to TJX Processing Centres
  • Receive inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with site rules
  • Co-ordinating, the flow of vehicle traffic and completion of receipted deliveries with the site operational teams
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure
  • Great IT skills, including Microsoft office, with experience of using Warehouse management systems
  • Able to work on own initiative, problem solve effectively and make decisions
  • A background in fast moving logistics with experience of warehousing and transport operations is desirable
