At GXO, we recognise that it's our people who help keep the nation moving. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Class 2 Drivers to join us in Trafford Park (M17 1PP)! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering freshly roasted Costa Coffee beans and delicious food items to our stores, ensuring that they receive their orders in top-quality condition and on time.
You will work a minimum of 48 hours per week on an 'any 5 from 8' shift pattern, with start times between 17:00 and 20:00. This role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Carry out pre and after-use vehicle checks in line with company policy
- Deliver an average of 4 tote boards of chilled, frozen, and ambient products, making an average of 10-12 drops
- Assisting in unloading stock during delivery
- Collect waste and return it to the site
- Navigate through busy city routes and handle challenging parking locations
- Keep a close eye on vehicle defects and wear and tear and report them promptly
- Ensure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on time
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Hold a valid Class 2 licence
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
- An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative
