What you'll do on a typical day:
- Delivering palletised goods to customer locations across the UK
- Loading and unloading via the curtains or loading bay (you may occasionally need to move pallets with a pump truck)
- Always ensuring the safe and legal operation of your vehicle, guaranteeing the vehicle has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site
- Reporting any issues regarding delivery or vehicle/trailer defects to the transport office
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
