Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Chef Supervisor to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer, Waitrose. You will be supporting the catering team in delivering quality food service and customer service, assisting in all areas of the dining room and kitchen as required by duty check or manager.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £16.19 per hour and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Manage and maintain HACCAP and food safety
  • Completion of company financial bookwork including stock taking and wastage sheets
  • Allocate preparation tasks and maintain close communication with the kitchen team
  • Always ensure highest standards of customer service through training and supporting the team

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Good all-round food service skills in a similar environment
  • Good time management able to prioritise tasks when required
  • Previous management role would be desirable but not essential
