Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our team in Warrington, supporting our customer, Iceland. As a Business Analyst you will work with the Network Transformation Programme team (NTP), customer and depot teams to require the manipulation and analysis of data to provide insights into various areas of the operation, with a focus on identifying and delivering benefit to the bottom line.
This is a full time, permanent position predominately working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. There is a sense of hybrid working however, when needed, travel to various sites across the country is required.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum plus a company car or car allowance of £450.00 per calendar month, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
- Carry out investigative analysis against the data sets to identify trends and root causes
- Provide support and training on the collection of data to operational as or when required
- Extract, manipulate and quality assure (QA) raw data from databases
- Responsible for the maintenance of numerous tracking documents while support the National Planning team and relevant transport planning systems
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Ability to use programming languages or general-purpose tools to interrogate databases and calculate statistical outputs would be desirable but not essential
- Experienced in using Business intelligence tools
- Any relevant data - related qualifications or demonstrable experience
