What You Will Do:

The Delivery Operations Lead will be accountable for project startup mobilization and transition, contract due diligence, metrics and reporting, operational forecasting, optimizing processes, supporting project staffing and advance hiring process. Manage a global delivery operations team supporting all projects / program under Guidehouse Managed Services.  Key responsibility areas include:

Startup & Mobilization

  • Oversee/ manage team of Transition Managers who run the start-up and mobilization of new projects
  • Streamline the Start-up/Mobilization function leveraging standard templates
  • Refine Due Diligence process as part of the Start Up and Mobilization Implementation Plan

Staffing Support

  • Oversee the staffing process for all Managed Services projects working closely with the Capability Leads, Portfolio Leads, Account Executives, Delivery Executives, Offshore Portfolio Delivery Leads and Talent Acquisition

Metrics & Reporting

  • Identify, review, and normalize the existing reports
  • Drive adoption of Power BI dashboards for reports facilitation
  • Operational Forecasting – Resource, Cost, Facility etc.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Travel as needed 25%
  • Fifteen (15) years' experience in delivery operations or operations


What Would Be Nice To Have:

·        3-5 years of Healthcare RCM Delivery and Operations experience

·        Experience in leading and managing Transition, Mobilization and Client Onboarding functions

·        Experience working with Contact Center organization

·        Experience managing operations teams

·        Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills at corporate level.

·        Strong problem solving, marketing analysis and evaluation skills

·        Proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
