What You Will Do:
The Facilities Lead will consult and advise a federal client with implementation of an integrated workplace management system (IWMS). The role includes supporting the development of implementation plans for rolling out a variety of system functionality. Helping assist with coordination between the technical team and the facilities/client staff. Providing connections from existing systems to the systems being implemented. The qualified candidate will have an intimate understanding and experience supporting clients with facilities management.

What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's Degree
FIVE (5) or more years experience in facilities management
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with IWMS implementation(s)
Demonstrated experience engaging in strategic conversations with customers at senior leadership level
Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team
Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and asset management
Experience presenting communications and/or trainings related to system functionality
