What You Will Do:
 

As the DOD Lead Instructor, the duties would include but not limited to the following:

  • Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.

  • Assure quality control implementation.

  • Produce required contractual and programmatic reports, briefs, and training material.

  • Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.

Be responsible for portions of the project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.

  • Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance.

  • Be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards.

  • Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules.

  • Review and remediate work discrepancies.

  • Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.

  • Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.

  • Be responsible for contract performance.


  • What You Will Need:

    • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 

    • Bachelors Degree

    • FOURTEEN (14) years overall professional experience

    • TEN (10) years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management.

    • FIVE (5) years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management.

    • THREE (3) years of experience in academic instruction.


    What Would Be Nice To Have:

    • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance

    •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

    •  Excellent oral and written communication skills

    •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
