Position Overview
The Partnerships Senior Associate is a core member on a dynamic, solutions-oriented team. As a Senior Associate on the Partnerships team, you will work alongside other Digital Media and Artificial Intelligence experts to drive results for our clients while seizing every opportunity to develop expertise and advance your career in programmatic media.

This position will report to the Manager of Partnerships, Headlight.
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in all programmatic media platforms utilized within the first year.
- Grow knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem while developing a detailed understanding of internal best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to draft, issue, and evaluate partner RFPs.
- Manage the creation, implementation, and tracking of digital media supply pipes.
- Responsible for reporting partner spending on a monthly cadence.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors including emails, requests, and meetings.
- Support team leadership on industry research trends and creation of Headlight points of view.
- Deepen industry knowledge through trade journals, workshops, and current events.
Qualifications
- 1+ years working within Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning.
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn and try new marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for storytelling with data.
- Ability to analyze data points and identify patterns or further questions that need to be answered.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP formulas, etc.) and basic math concepts (weighted average, algebra).
- Experience with Media Planning and Programmatic campaign management in DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr is a plus but not required.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
