Role Summary & Impact
Manager, Data Strategy will support Data Strategy team leadership in cross-organizational responsibilities, with a focus on developing and implementing audience cohort strategies within Choreograph's proprietary technology. Audiences will be utilized to inform strategic Advertiser marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the creation of marketing audience segmentation as it relates to Advertiser's paid media communication goals e.g. Source of Growth Analysis, Share of Voice etc.
- Within proprietary WPP Tools, responsible for audience analysis inclusive of audience insights and market opportunity sizing
- Work consultatively, cross-functionally to ensure coordination of audience segmentation and its alignment towards to strategic investment strategy
- Collaborate with Measurement in the creation of test & learn agendas from a data lens
- High rate of client exposure with many relevant opportunities to engage with or present to
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. OR equivalent professional work experience.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in audience and data strategy applicable to marketing and/or media.
- Deep understanding and familiarity with utilization of audience databases such as: MRI, Numerator, Stratum, survey-based panel tools etc.
- Knowledgeable about data-driven digital technology and key players in the space (e.g., CDPs / Snowflake, AWS)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong speaking and written professional communication skills
- Comfortable in a deadline driven environment (e.g. planning to Advertiser mandated campaign launch dates etc.)
- Exhibits a curiosity and excitement to learn
- High sense of accountability and ownership balanced by the ability to collaborative and relationship-focused

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
