About the role
We are seeking a AdTech Manager to become an integral part of our Data and Tech team within North America. You will be responsible for implementing the AdTech strategies to maximize the performance of digital campaigns through ad measurement solutions. You will work with both internal teams and external parties to develop best practices of media optimization. You will have expert knowledge of media optimization signals, how to develop data pipelines, and a passion for new and emerging technologies. You will also have a collaborative and "can do" attitude to help interface with our Analytics and Media team and deliver exceptional media solutions.

Working closely with the AdTech Director you will play a supportive role in new product development, consultation and deployment of tracking and measurement solutions, and implementation of custom solutions where applicable to client and product needs. You will also provide support for the development and execution of client initiatives.
Some of the things we'd like you to do:
- Act as a AdTech POC for the assigned accounts & products to develope, execute AdTech strategies for tracking and measuring the results of AdTech initiatives
- A GMP expert with deep knowledge of platforms but not limited to SA360, DV360, CM360, Google Ads and GA4. Big Query functional knowledge is a plus.
- Support the Director to onboard and validate new partners, measurement vendors, including the continual development of measurement best practices, leading supplier communication, and being a center of excellence for ad tech implementation.
- Collaborate & co-create with team members on the continual assessment of the AdTech landscape, and lead in the testing of different products & new features - including ad delivery, ad verification, and measurement by providing guidance on how to continually improve operational processes, supporting systems and communication channels where needed.
- Act as a consulting partner within account teams; providing consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging of clients' sites, and the use of ad technologies to meet client needs.

- Knowledge of the privacy landscape changes to browsers (ITP, ETP, Chrome Privacy Sandbox), app updates (SKAN or Android Privacy Sandbox), attribution without IDs and how the industry adapts.
- Continually Identifying technology measurement gaps and limitations within Google products and campaigns, assisting in the development of custom solution tracking.
A bit about yourself:
- 3+ years' experience in a technical consultation, technical account management, implementation, or strategic role, preferably agency-side working on large and complex client accounts
- Hands-on knowledge of adservers, DSPs and advertising tracking technologies, especially Doubleclick, tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager & Tealium), and app MMPs (Appsflyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch).
- A strong understanding of marketing technologies CMP, CDP, DSP & different tech frameworks such as web and apps with OTT/ CTV
- A passion for all things digital, including a good understanding of industry trends (browser and privacy updates) and how they can be used to deliver category defining media solutions
- A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results
Well-developed organizational and project management skills, to ensure you can keep on top of your own and others workload - Fine-tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills; with an ability to think creatively and present in a manner that inspires and excites
- Strong technical skills are a must; including HTML, JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and SDKs a plus

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
