Media Planning
In Media Planning, you will assist the wider Planning team in developing strategic media plans that align with client goals. This includes developing your knowledge base on the fundamentals of media planning and working alongside the team to pull audience or category data that informs the strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set media campaigns up for deployment, track performance, and recommend optimizations that will deliver the best media outcomes for clients. By combining a data-first lens and creative thinking, you'll help ensure that every campaign delivers value, whether through traditional channels or digital platforms.

Paid Search
In Paid Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance through search engine marketing. You'll manage campaign setup, keyword research, and ad optimization, ensuring clients' ads reach the right audiences at the right time. Through data analysis and reporting, you'll provide actionable insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and client outcomes. By learning advanced tools and platforms such as Google Ads, you'll refine your skills to deliver cost-efficient and high-performing campaigns that contribute to brand growth.
Paid Social
As part of the Paid Social team, you'll help design and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll manage creative placements, audience targeting, and budget allocation to deliver measurable results. By staying on top of trends, you'll contribute fresh ideas to maximize engagement and brand visibility. This role will also expose you to the latest social media innovations, enabling you to test and implement strategies that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.
Commerce
In Commerce, you'll support the integration of media and e-commerce strategies to drive sales on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer sites. You'll analyze consumer behaviors, optimize product listings, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable business growth for clients' brands. By leveraging data-driven insights, you'll assist in creating seamless shopping experiences that connect brands with customers. Your work will be at the intersection of advertising and retail, providing a dynamic opportunity to influence purchasing decisions directly.
Programmatic
In Programmatic, you'll work with cutting-edge buying and planning technology to automate the placement of digital display and video ads. You'll manage campaign delivery, audience targeting, and real-time bidding to achieve client objectives. By analyzing performance data, you'll help ensure campaigns are efficient, effective, and scalable. This role offers exposure to sophisticated ad tech platforms like DV360 and Trade Desk, where you'll develop expertise in campaign setup & optimization. Your efforts will directly impact how brands reach their audiences in a data-driven, automated ecosystem.
Investment
As part of the Investment team, you'll manage cross-channel media buying and negotiate with partners to secure the best value for our clients. You'll work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns satisfy client KPIs and are executed seamlessly and within budget. Your role will require strong relationship-building skills and a focus on driving efficiency and ROI for client investments. You will contribute to all aspects of the negotiation process, acquire a deep knowledge of the various media and technology companies' offerings, and develop an understanding of the research and analytics that guide media investment.
