About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role is ideal for an individual looking to kick-start their career in recruitment operations while gaining hands-on experience in the hiring and onboarding process. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from offer extension to onboarding.

- Draft, review, and process offer letters with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all offer details align with company policies, job requisitions, and approvals.
- Maintain compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Candidate Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding offer details, required documents, and onboarding next steps.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to facilitate a smooth offer process.
- Address candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on offer-related matters.
Data Management & Compliance:
- Accurately update and maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and stored in compliance with company policies.
- Track offer acceptance rates, candidate feedback, and report key hiring metrics to improve processes.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Support the TA team in identifying and implementing efficiencies in the offer letter process.
- Assist with audits and documentation reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Work closely with different teams to support policy updates and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with an ATS (Workday, Jobvite, Greenhouse, etc.) is a plus.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $35,000 - $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
