The Technology Adoption Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies across the organization. Key Roles & Responsibilities: What are the core elements of the job duties, the primary day-to-day responsibilities & activities
- Technology Education:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate all Griffith employees on new technologies and tools focused on the Microsoft Stack (M365, SharePoint, CoPilot, AI.... etc..)
- Create and maintain educational materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
- Conduct workshops and lunch-and-learn sessions to promote technology adoption and best practices.

- Oversee the implementation and management of SharePoint/MD Teams sites to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
- Ensure SharePoint sites are user-friendly, well-organized, and aligned with business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SharePoint/MS Teams features.
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about technology initiatives and updates.
- Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and intranet posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during technology rollouts while help align change management processes and strategies globally
- Conduct impact assessments and identify potential resistance points.
- Work closely with business units to address concerns and ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating processes and tools. Alignment and work with cross functional team leaders with focus ongoing improvement recommendations
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned to drive ongoing improvements.
Functional Knowledge: Describe breadth and depth of knowledge of functional work and activities required
- Proven experience in technology adoption, change management, and communications.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and its capabilities. Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Change Management skill set to assist in project and program management
- Advanced SharePoint capabilities and knowledge to support business requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello.
