Posición: Supervisor de Calidad (turno nocturno).
Locación: Monterrey, Nuevo León
Resumen:
- Realizar inspecciones en piso de producción, verificar limpieza de áreas y equipos, verificar cumplimiento de PC y PCC, validar cumplimiento de puntos de control en zona roja por calidad. Análisis de producto en fase intermedia para liberacin a la siguiente etapa del proceso.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades:
- Inspeccin de los procesos.
- Análisis de fase intermedia.
- Autorizacin de registros en RedZone Compliance.
- HACCP, análisis y deteccin de riesgos en proceso
Conocimientos y experiencia:
- Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Ciencias de los alimentos, química y/o biología.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia como supervisor de calidad.
- Manejo de equipo analítico de laboratorio (ejemplo: potencimetro, colorímetro, titulaciones básicas).
- Nivel intermedio de inglés.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar en turno nocturno (periodo fijo) y/o rotar turnos.
