Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers. While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world's best-known companies.

The ERP Director will be responsible foroverseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system. This role will ensure that the ERP system supports the company's strategic goals and operational needs, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all business functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:What are the core elements of the job duties, the primary day-to-day responsibilities & activities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft D365 F&O across the organization.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, supply chain, and IT, to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements.


  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap/blueprintfor the ERP system, aligning with the company's business objectives.


  • Manage a team of ERP developers and support resources providingguidance, mentorship, and performance management.


  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.


  • Oversee the integration of D365 F&O with other business systems and applications.


  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.


  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system.

Functional Knowledge: Describebreadth and depth of knowledge of functional work and activities required

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and food manufacturing.


  • Proven track recordof successfully implementing and managing ERP systems.


  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.


  • Be a Microsoft D365 evangelist - understand new releases and future functions being releasedfor Microsoft D365

Business Expertise: Describeknowledge and expertiserequiredabout the business and industry in which the business functions

  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.


  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and initiatives.


  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with vendors and service providers.


  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ERPconcepts to business partners.


  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term ERPstrategies aligned with business goals.


  • Innovation: Track recordof implementing innovative ERPsolutions and staying ahead of emerging threats.

Leadership: Describe the nature of leadership requiredand guidance provided to others

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of IT ERP professionals.


  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's effectiveness.


  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skillsacross the IT, Supply Chain and Fianncefunctions.

Key role to oversee the ERP applicationwhich is the cornerstone of the business supporting all functional areas in particular supply chain and finance.

Interpersonal Skills: Describe the level and type of "people skills" that are normally requiredto do the job

  • Building partnerships within the global IT teams and ensuring Griffith defined ERPstandards are being followed.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 10years of experience in ERP management, with at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O.
