Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers. Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job

Core mission as Finance Business Intelligence is to Prepare all monthly and quarterly financial reports presentations to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team by bringing insight to decision-making, improving visibility on the cost drivers, adding financial acumen into the strategic initiatives as well the day to day activities.

This position will report Directly to Global FP&A, and will be leading the finance reporting factory of Griffith Foods

Key Roles & Responsibilities: List up to 6 key roles and responsibilities of this job.

1.

Business Partnering- Strategically partner with the sustainability Leadership Team in achieving targets & driving profitable through in-depth analyses, sharing of key insights (standard and ad-hoc reporting)

From Insight to Action- Building & sharing the story behind the numbers, propose recommendations, align corrective actions with Finance leadership

3.

Financial planning- Includes forecasting, estimates and supporting the strategic direction for the corporation and developing these into short (Forecast), medium (Budget) and long-term plans (LRP). Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Global requirements.

Process Improvement- Be source of proposals regarding existing reporting improvement, automatization and simplification in alignment with regional head of finance, and IT partners

Collaboration: Provide support and training to the finance ecosystem for reporting and tools. Foster a culture of collaboration, development and high performance.

Functional Knowledge: Describe breadth and depth of knowledge of functional work and activities required

  • Actively contribute as a member of the FP&A Global leadership team to achieving the financial and impact objectives.
  • In collaboration with regional team, build, share and explain 'the' story behind the numbers (P&L, WC, manufacturing cost, top lines and pricing evolution...)
  • Provide the sustainability organization recommendations to improve the impact metrics reporting and co-drive the actions with the different stakeholders.
  • Analysis of actual results vs. budget or forecast and presenting results, Identifying, recommending or supporting cost savings and/or performance improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements And Qualifications: Indicate the minimum and preferred education and experience for this job and any licenses and certifications required.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting

Preferred Education:

Master degree in Finance

FP&A Experience - The successful candidate will be a hands-on, operationally oriented finance leader with a proven track record in manufacturing-based environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in finance roles within manufacturing environment. with an exposure to Executive leadership.v

Functional Expertise - This individual should possess excellent financial skills, with the ability to detect trends from financial statements and provide analysis to company managers to improve their decision-making ability.

Systems Experience - Expert level skills with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Additional ability to navigate and extract data from ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), data warehouses, and BI / Tableau reporting.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Travel - Willingness to travel regularly +-50% of the time.
