We are looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator to join the IT Engineering team administering cloud-based Salesforce systems and integrations. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code. 

You will work closely with your IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Security, Compliance, Product, Engineering and HR. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their IT skills and expertise. This role will report to the Director of IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, manage and update the daily operations of our platform. The platform integrates a tailored Salesforce CRM System
  • Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and troubleshooting issues in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Build custom queries, email templates, visual flows, process builders, workflow rules
  • Customize the user interface by creating Page Layouts, Tabs, Apps, List Views, Sharing Rules etc.
  • Identify core operational issues and propose new work streams, application solutions, and process improvements for core business units
  • Define requirements for Salesforce Administrative implementations
  • Translate established requirements into successful projects
  • Maintain, prioritize and report on user request backlog
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes
  • Perform configurations and customizations of the Salesforce.com platform as needed
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud is required
  • Must be Salesforce certified and skilled in automation, data analysis, technology integration, administration, implementation and support
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Ability to commit sandbox changes using CI/CD github and basic understanding of XML
  • Experience creating use-case scenarios based on new project requirements
  • An openness to feedback & transparency, and a desire for authentic work relationships

Bonus Points:

  • Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry
  • Scripting skills - Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, HTML, SQL
