Included Health is looking for a strong and motivated Sr. Manager with a passion for Internal Audit. With a technology focus, they will develop and expand the Internal Audit footprint within the product, engineering, privacy, and security organizations at Included Health. By forming trusted relationships with key business partners, they will be responsible for a dynamic and diverse project portfolio, providing project oversight, and managing and developing a team of internal and external resources. This newly created role reports to the Vice President of Internal Audit and will be a key member of the growing Internal Audit function.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Internal Audit and SOX leadership to execute enterprise risk assessment and develop related IT focused audit plan
- Develop strong relationships with internal business partners, especially in the product, engineering, and security organizations, to fully understand the business and identify risk mitigation and value-add opportunities
- Bring thought leadership and and act as a subject matter expert in the design and implementation of controls across the company
- Co-manage the supporting Big 4 co-sourcing team in overall execution of targeted audits and risk assessments and track and manage the results of all audit projects, including management actions plans and related remediation
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, SOX to actively support the development of the company’s SOX program

Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of Internal Audit, with 8+ years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate internal audit department of a multinational company
- Deep knowledge of technology environments, including both 3rd party and home-grown systems
- Experience in end-to-end project management, controls evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering and security professionals
- Experience with external auditor requirements and expectations
- Risk management and problem solving skills that demonstrate critical thinking and an “outside-the-box” and practical approach to reach a solution
- Experience independently operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects/initiatives
- BA/BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields. CPA/CIA/CISA strongly preferred; Healthcare industry experience is a plus
