We’re passionate about great user experiences and building a robust product for our patients to depend on. Our software testing team strategizes, documents, and builds the tests that make sure we’re able to deliver a quality product release after release. You will be continuing the work on our test suite, helping to develop a robust testing infrastructure, and make sure release quality is always high.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Test web and mobile applications to identify software defects
- Coordinate and lead testing efforts throughout the release life cycle (regressions, smoke tests, etc.)
- Work with management and assist in enforcing existing process
- Continuous effort in keeping test management tools updated and organized
- Groom existing test cases for selection into smoke/regression suites
- Update documentation accordingly
- Provide recommendations on improvements to the user experience
- Represent QA in planning, stand up and developer meetings
- Work closely with the developers to report and isolate issues
- Mentor others on the QA team to deliver high quality products
- Offer solutions and improvements to our test methodology and processes
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of API testing and verification using tools such as Postman, Developer tools, Charles Proxy, etc.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as git
- Ability to distinguish between bugs caused by data vs. software vs. environment
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role
- Strong experience testing systems using multiple environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
- Experience in working with feature flags and various CI/CD processes
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.
- Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).
