About the role:
The Consultant Relations Manager will be key to supporting and building relationships with the large national consulting firms like Aon, Mercer, and WTW. This role will be responsible for managing analytics and project management for the team and developing relationships at these firms along with educating consultants on our value proposition and key differentiators. In addition, this role will partner with Sales and Client Success on key opportunities to differentiate our messaging to the consultant community.

- Build reporting for wins/losses by consulting firm; identify trends and help develop mitigation strategies, where appropriate
- Develop a relationship mapping mechanism to fully understand the depth and breadth of our consultant relationships and where to prioritize our time
- Prioritize which consultants and local markets to focus education and messaging efforts
- Build relationships with consultants from the large, national consulting firms like Aon, Mercer, and Willis Towers Watson
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting out key learnings and Salesforce insights to team on a recurring basis
- Develop targeted messaging for the consultant community in partnership with marketing
- Articulate Included Health differentiators and value prop in general, and when appropriate, on employer-specific opportunities
- Coordinate meetings with consultants to understand our differentiators and to drive excitement about our solutions
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on key opportunities to help strategize how to best partner with the consultant to win
- Inform future roadmap and product packaging based on input from the consulting community
- Work with Proposal Team to draft responses to Consultant RFIs

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in health and benefits
- Experience at a consulting or brokerage firm
- Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with proven success
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Team player with a collaborative orientation
- Ability to travel (travel amount TBD)
- Bachelors degree required
