Seeking an extremely hard working, detail and process oriented, ambitious entry level sales professional. Business Development Representative or BDR focuses their effort on filling the top of the sales funnel with qualified leads by generating opportunities for outside reps through both outbound and inbound efforts.
At a high-level, the BDR team is the ‘front line’ of market facing activity for the Included Health sales team, working not only from the SF office by phone and email, but in the field with their reps at conferences and client meetings. BDRs are expected to be the first ambassadors of Included Health to the marketplace, embracing the opportunity to help grow and shape our brand as an industry leading and cutting edge healthcare benefit for employer groups. This role is fundamentally crucial to the way that our organization is run, and sits at the crux of Sales, Marketing and Sales Ops -- which provides an outstanding opportunity for growth and learning in a professional and fun environment.

For a BDR, success is measured by the amount, and more importantly, the quality of appointments set for the reps to whom they are assigned. It is expected that a BDR is the strategic sales partner for their reps, helping to shape territory-specific strategies. At the end of every day a BDR is able to look back at the work they have completed and know that it has been towards reaching and exceeding the team goal. More importantly, that goal represents the burgeoning change in the way that people think about and interact with the healthcare system. It is a BDR’s duty to be the vanguard of access to quality medicine/care.
