Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $79,000.00 to $131,600.00. This position is eligible for participation in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.
Position Details:
You will oversee Customer Order Fulfillment, Inbound Receiving, and Inventory Control. You will lead up to 2 salaried supervisors and provide indirect leadership for up to 50 non-exempt team members. You will manage a function to ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes resulting in products provided to customers on time and operating costs and process efficiencies are met. Manage processes to ensure compliance with procedures, identify process improvements, and promote employee programs to create and promote an environment where employees are engaged and empowered. You will report to a Manager, Distribution Process and this role is based in our Easton, PA bulk warehouse.
You Will:
Use production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial, and other important data to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower-than-expected performance and communicate issues to leadership team
- Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables (e.g. action items, process improvements) are completed by the commitment date
- Create a dynamic workplace that effects positive employee relationships by developing employee engagement and recognition programs and ensuring all employees are treated fairly, with respect, and have the tools necessary to perform their jobs
- Manage the development process for non-exempt direct reports which may include training, supporting development goals, provide feedback, complete performance evaluations, and recognition and disciplinary action
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the use LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma tools and programs and implement solutions to improve results and operations excellence
- Emphasize training and implement audit systems to eliminate process variation or discrepancies and to ensure compliance with Company, and other governmental agencies (e.g. OSHA, DOT, and EPA)
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years previous leadership or supervisor experience with increasing responsibility in a customer order fulfillment environment.
- Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 lbs. and possibly up to 75 lbs. may be needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and warehouse management systems.
