As an intern at Imperial, we'll help you design an experience that meets your learning objectives while helping you explore how the areas of our business relate and interact. You'll enjoy a variety of day-to-day work assignments, cross-functional meetings, exposure to executive leadership, and soft skill development.
Imperial Supplies is a growing distributor of fleet maintenance products. We've been based in Green Bay since 1958 and have a strong history of double-digit annual growth!
Internship details
- Paid internship beginning in Summer 2025
- Duration of 12 weeks, but up to 6 months, with a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on student interest and availability
- Willing to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit
Potential Learning Outcomes:
- Gain exposure to design platforms such as Articulate, Canva & Biteable
- Review data & trends to understand how training initiatives drive the outcome of business needs
- Practice application of ADDIE methodologies
- Facilitate virtual and in-person group learning sessions
Potential Day to day responsibilities
- Develop tools & resources to support the organization in relation to Sales, Systems and Product
- Analyze data & trends to identify knowledge gaps and areas of opportunity for training support
- Organize and participate in project meetings with cross-functional teams
- Work with leaders to plan and schedule huddles or training sessions in Outlook
- Deliver training to Imperial Team Members
Internship Requirements
- Active enrollment in an accredited college
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
