Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $50,700.00 to $76,000.00.

Position Details:
The Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator helps manage key stages of the executive recruiting process. This person will be the frequent "go to" representative for all areas of support to the Executive Talent Acquisition team, hiring leaders and candidates. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Global Executive Recruitment and be based at our Lake Forest, IL headquarters. We have a hybrid work environment, and you will need to be present at the office 2 days per week.
You Will:
• Coordinate all scheduling for executive level recruitment - candidate interviews, travel, debriefs, and other search-related meetings. Frequently collaborate with executive level candidates, hiring leaders and our executive assistant community. Act as a point-of-contact to ensure a seamless hiring process, and create a great experience for candidates while on-site at our campus.
• Manage and document all executive search processes - interviews, debriefs, offer letters, pre-employment processing, and candidate assessment tracking. Identify and offer recommendations to enhance processes and create efficiencies.
• Manage reporting tools associated with recruitment, talent metrics, and internal talent processes. Work with data from multiple sources including SuccessFactors, Excel, and PowerBI. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Partner with vendors and procurement teams to manage all function invoices and candidate expenses.
You Have:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred), or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related business experience. Prior executive search / talent acquisition support or other HR support experience beneficial.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
• Project management abilities including documentation and prioritization, with a lens for ongoing process improvements.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at various levels, and influence where necessary to prioritize the hiring process
