Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $41,100.00 to $61,600.00.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manufacturing District Sales Manager, you will utilize a Consultative approach, maximizes and grow sales for designated account package by implementing Grainger's Core Value Proposition as well as developing and maintaining long lasting partnerships with customers. Utilizes internal & external resources to drive sales and achieve its goals. Maintains a high level of service with all customers and takes entire responsibility of each account relationship and results.
You Will:
- Develop, expand, and call on contacts at all levels of the customers organization, selling our value proposition, services, and products.
- Plan and organizes to visits customers daily. Invest ~80% of the time in the field visiting customers and ~20% dedicated to administrative related work.
- Take pride in consistently meeting or exceeding quota and assumes personal responsibility for monthly sales and margin goal attainment.
- Accomplishes sustained profitable growth by Identifying and classifying existing account potential and opportunities, establishing call priorities and frequencies as well as developing and implementing account penetration plans and strategies (Pipeline Report, Strategic Selling Plan).
- Use a time management or activity tracking system to monitor progress. (CRM, Customer Action plan, Monthly Calendar).
- Identify, engage, manage, and effectively use resources (internal & external), to win and maximize opportunities, guarantee customer satisfaction, and overcome barriers.
- Utilize Sales Process to gain customers trust, uncover and close opportunities, effectively manage customers objections, and penetrate accounts.
You Have:
- inimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the MRO Market.
- College degree or equivalent experience (degree preferred).
- Computer savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Fluent bi-lingual, verbal & written (English/Spanish).
- Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to win with minimum supervision.
- Willing to change behavior if success is not achieved.
- Ability to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win their business.
