Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical project management.
- 7 years in managing development teams (e.g., business analysts, developers, testers, etc).
- 5 years of experience of working on projects involving Artificial Intelligence and Gen AI, specifically Google technologies.
- 3 years driving analytics solutions using automation.
- Experience of developing automation solutions or tools using contemporary technologies such as AI/ML or Cloud.
- MBA degree or PMP Certification.
- Experience in value consulting, proposal development and execution with technology products or extended workforce services organizations.
- Experience managing multiple global stakeholders and collaborating globally/cross-functionally with vendor, compliance, business, operations and product teams.
- Experience in creating case studies of transformation projects and presenting in various forums including executive management.
- Ability to deliver business transformation programs in a fluid environment.
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on managing complex transformation projects end-to-end.

The Google Cloud Vendor Management Office (VMO) has responsibility for all extended workforce needs across Google Cloud, including extended workforce strategy, vendor partner selection, governance and operations and performance management.
In this role, you will be focused on partnering with the businesses we support to achieve proactive issue resolution and value creation. You will define strategies, following through with operational excellence to realize that strategy, driving continuous improvement, creating a great work environment for our extended workforce teams while minimizing risk.

Responsibilities
- Identify process improvement opportunities with focus on automation solutions from a wide range of business lines and workflows.
- Gather and analyze requirements for identified automation solutions and work with the development team to build applications. Prototyping/building tools, work with development teams to create working models of tools before scaling them subsequently. Develop workflow management tools, other point solutions, reporting dashboardsusing Google tools and technologies.
- Provide insights on third-party tools and best practices that can significantly impact Google's operations and business.
- Lead complex transformation projects, collaborating with vendor managers and cross-functional teams to deliver business impact through automation and non-automation based processes re-engineering projects.
Oversee access management for internal technology systems and provide guidance to the development teams on technology architectures.
