Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience working with senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience conducting UX research on products, managing projects, and working in an organization.
- Experience with mixed-methods training, and ability to utilize both qualitative and quantitative skillsets.

In this role, you will help drive the future of enterprise tools to enable our customers (e.g., customers, internal teams, and partners) in their day-to-day work. You'll be responsible for identifying and leading impactful research to address the product needs and provide meaningful experiences to our users. You will work closely with fellow researchers, design, product management, engineering, and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions.
- Own project priorities in alignment with product goals, and oversee allocation of resources within the project.
- Drive ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations.
- Lead teams to define and evaluate product, service, ecosystem impact.
- Own strategy discussions through research by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing what is known about the user, product, service, or business needs.
