Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
- 4 years of experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
- Experience in project management, coordinating creative output with quality.
- Experience with design, user research, and innovation processes and working with engineering professionals.
- Knowledge of project management software, spreadsheets, Google Docs.
- Ability to build relationships, multitask, define approaches, and proactively and creatively solve problems.
- Ability to grow in a fluid and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent a team from business, product and technical perspective.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help your team improve the design of products that are used by billions of users. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide operational excellence across UX teams, while building collaborative relationships with appropriate stakeholders across program work.
- Develop a plan to assess continuous improvement opportunities for UX programs and processes. Decide on the method to collect data, analyze the data for insights, propose improvements and test them with stakeholders.
- Provide input to defining metrics that drive a culture of user-centered development and demonstrate UX impact based on program needs, and facilitate alignment within UX. Execute plans to establish baselines, track and report on UX metrics.
- Scale, prioritize and execute project plans, thinking about how to enhance resourcing, time, and business.
