Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to communicate with team members cross-functionally for performing day to day tasks.
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and information in an effective and clear, concise manner, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration skills with other UX, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Legal.

Responsibilities
- Drive design and product goals by translating user needs, business objectives, and technology constraints into design decisions.
- Develop detailed wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, detailed microinteractions and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Understand the problem space and ensure that the cross-functional team solves the problems for users in a fluid environment.
- Partner with UX research, product management, Business Development(BD) and engineering to craft and execute on visions that build buy-in from stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage, balance near-term needs and long-term goals, and navigate parallel workstreams.
