Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX.
- Experience in Visual or interaction design across at any two of the following platforms: Android, iOS, the web.
- Portfolio highlighting experience in visual design.
- Knowledge of user experience design and how motion design influences user interface and interaction design and vice versa.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (e.g., Android and iOS).

Responsibilities
- Propose solutions by utilizing existing patterns and best practices in interaction or visual design.
- Partner with other design leads, User Experiencewriters and researchers, developers, and Product Managers to arrive at the best product ideas.
- Gauge the usability, trustworthiness of new and existing features.
- Create artifacts or prototypes or specs that enable developers to implement new features.
