Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating technical content for a technical audience.
- 2 years of experience with HTML or Markdown.
- Knowledge of Google style guidelines.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, and Engineering Leads to identify the critical user journeys and create information architectures that help customers through those journeys.
- Write technical documentation for security analysts including new features, how-to guides, Release Notes and reference documents.
- Rewrite and reorganize existing documentation to improve the customer experience.
- Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others on the team to match the Google style guidelines.
- Manage documentation projects, and take responsibility for the quality of documentations.
