Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in the web or mobile advertising ecosystem (ad networks, ad tech providers, attribution, Software Development Kit (SDK) developers)
- Experience speaking at technology conferences, blogging/writing technical articles with an existing follower base, or contributing to an open source project.
- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry, interconnection standards, trends and developments.
- Knowledge of the messaging domain specifically RCS and the Business Messaging ecosystem

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance onRich Communication Services(RCS) messaging protocols, troubleshoot technical issues (both on network and application layer), propose innovative solutions, and ensure partners have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
Promote our developer products in person and online by presenting at conferences, running workshops, blogging, writing technical tutorials and other similar activities. Travel to events and partner sites to foster relationships and ensure the success of our collaborative initiatives.- Advocate for the partners internally, and influence Google developer product strategy by working with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development and other cross-functional teams
- Unlock the growth of Business Messaging both by understanding how the partner can better leverage Google products and services to cross-functional teams.
