Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working in an organization with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Experience in using cloud-based services and solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and other data storage solutions.
- Ability to leverage tools and infrastructure to achieve results.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative, leadership, organization, communication, people management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic plans, outlining actionable steps, timelines, facilitate regular reviews, and identify internal/external resource allocation.
- Establish efficient operational processes and workflows across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels.
