Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of Technical Program Management experience.
- 5 years of experience with the software development life-cycle, quality assurance testing.
- Experience managing effective and data-driven communication with diverse stakeholders via email, written documents, and slides.
- Experience with machine learning platforms, including training and inference systems.
- Experience in managing external partners and vendors, Ability to solve problems and act independently.
- Ability to successfully manage strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects within the Language vertical team, be responsible for project planning, managing schedules, setting milestones, and project tracking.
- Navigate multiple, interdependent work streams, technical concepts, and conversations across different areas and stakeholders to drive collaboration and consensus.
- Build relationships and act as the bridge to infrastructure and other feature development teams across the organization. Lead overall communication within the team and outside to stakeholders and leads.
- Lead the integration with external partners, gathering internal requirements, closely communicating with partners and using negotiation skills to influence partners to deliver our requirements.
- Use leadership and technical judgment to drive project delivery, working with engineering and product management.
