Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in SQL and one or more programming languages like (Python, C++ or Java).
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in projects related to content acquisition, content quality, data ingestion, pipeline management, experimentation, and site reliability engineering.
- Experience in driving business metrics, program metrics, reporting, leadership reviews.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple, complex technical programs that extend beyond the immediate team and have organization-wide impact. Identify, define, and prioritize program objectives and success criteria, ensuring alignment with Search's strategic goals.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions and organizations. Communicate program direction, progress, and risks, ensuring alignment on priorities and de-risking strategies.
- Develop program plans, estimate task durations, manage dependencies, and monitor progress against timelines. Identify and mitigate risks, and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Leverage continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Define, track, and analyze program and process metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
