Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, bug triage, setting technical goals, and resolving technical trade-offs between teams.
- Experience with lifecycle management in a fast-paced software environment.
- Knowledge of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.
- Ability to identify, establish, and improve processes to increase team efficiency and execution across sprinting, backlog grooming, launch management, and demos.
- Ability to run scrums/standups, track the agile engineering process, and run operations for the India engineering team.

In this role, you will lead software engineering projects in one of the core programming languages, and will also influence teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
