Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience managing technology projects from evaluation to design and execution.
- 2 years of experience as a people manager leading and motivating a virtual or global team.
- Experience with security systems, infrastructure projects, deployment management, program and people management, and communicating with technical and non-technical groups at director level.
- 15 years of experience with security systems infrastructure projects and deployment management with 10 years of Program Management experience.
- 4 years of experience in program strategy development and execution with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equal.

In this role, you will demonstrate your experience in security systems, program management and security operations. You will manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, invoice approval, forecasting and budgeting.

As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage a global team of contract security systems consultants, project managers, security system installers.
- Implement a variety of security technologies, utilizing industry and Google recommended practices, hardware/software, or risk frameworks.
- Manage the PO process, invoice approval, forecasting and budgeting.
- Be a cross-functional leader with a direction and platform for longer term objectives.
- Manage complex programs, identify and implement process improvements for the larger group or organization, and exercise business and technical understanding to drive the organization's long-term objectives.
