Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- 2 years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field.
- 2 years of experience with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, and routing.
- 2 years of experience delivering network infrastructure projects.
- 2 years of experience with data center technologies, including networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the OT network transformation program, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, security, and vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation, track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and select network technologies and vendors that meet the specific needs of the data center environment.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of new network infrastructure, and ensure transition from the existing network with minimal disruption to operations.
